M&M Cookies
Makes 48 cookies. For weighing out cookies, our metal bowl weighs 792 g.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
2 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 11.4 oz bag of M&M’s
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease two baking sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars.
Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combiled.
Fold in the M&M’s.
Scoop the cookie dough onto the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12 minutes. Allow cookies to set on pan for 2 minutes, and then remove to a cooling rack.
