Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/2 cup buttermilk (or plain yogurt)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.

  • Make a well in the center of the bowl and add the wet ingredients, mixing slowly from the center out.

  • Gently fold in blueberries

  • Measure out 1/2 cup batter for each pancake
