Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup protein powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup buttermilk (or plain yogurt)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Make a well in the center of the bowl and add the wet ingredients, mixing slowly from the center out.
Gently fold in blueberries
Measure out 1/2 cup batter for each pancake
